      • Refund Registration Form

Time is running out to claim your 2014 refund

If you’ve not yet claimed your 2013/14 tax refund, time is running out! You only have until 6th April 2018 to claim your refund or it will be lost forever.

Thousands miss out on tax refunds each year

Most self-employed or subcontracting workers in the construction industry are owed a tax refund every year due to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). However, not everyone is aware of this and HRMC is pocketing hundreds of millions every year owed to UK construction workers. HMRC is actively trying to give this money back, but it can’t do it without knowing how much you earn.

The good news is that you can claim refunds owed in the previous four tax years. You can currently claim back to the 2013/14 tax year but time is running out. Once we pass the 6th April 2018 deadline, if your money has not been claimed, it is gone forever.

We can help you claim your tax refunds from previous years and you could be owed thousands!

Our clients get an average refund of £2,004*, each year! If you have not claimed back you refund from 2013/14 then the chances are you haven’t claimed your 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 either. You could be owed over £8,000!

        How to claim

Claiming is easy and straight forward:

        • Send us your business records from 6th April 2013 to 5th April 2014.
        • Within 3 working days of getting your records, we will give you a call with your tax refund figures. If you are happy with the amounts, you can sign off your accounts electronically.
        • As soon as you sign the accounts, we will transfer you your refund and submit to the HMRC.

Instead of waiting for HMRC, we pay you within 3 working days from our own pocket. We collect our fees from the HMRC when they pay out.

Unsure if you pay CIS tax?

        Ask yourself 2 simple questions:

        • Do you work in the construction industry?
        • Are you a subcontractor or self-employed?

If the answer to both questions is yes then you are probably paying CIS tax. Still unsure? Contact us and we’ll let you know if you’re on the scheme and if you need to complete a tax return.
